PART 2: THE CLEANING LADY FOUND A FORGOTTEN PHONE… AND THE PICTURE MADE HER RUN

PART 1

The phone vibrated on the shiny floor of the terminal.

The cleaning lady stopped.

He looked both ways.

No one seemed to be claiming it.

He picked it up.

I just wanted to deliver it in lost and found.

But the screen turned on by itself.

A photograph appeared.

The woman felt a chill.

It was her.

Taken that same morning.

Pushing his cleaning cart.

He frowned.

He swiped the screen.

Another photograph.

And another.

And another.

They were all hers.

Taken for weeks.

From different places.

The terminal.

The cafeteria.

The parking lot.

His hands began to shake.

Then he got a call.

Unknown number.

He answered.

Silence.

For three seconds.

Then a male voice said:

– You shouldn’t have found that phone.

The call is over.

The woman looked up.

And he saw something terrifying.

On the other side of the terminal…

A man was watching her.

PART 2

The woman tried to walk away.

But the phone rang again.

This time a message appeared.

“DON’T LOOK BACK.”

Her heart raced.

Too late.

I had already looked.

The man was still there.

Immobile.

Smiling.

Then another message came.

An address.

And one sentence.

“If you want to know why they are watching you, go there.”

The woman thought about deleting everything.

But one last photograph appeared.

And the blood disappeared from his face.

Because it wasn’t a picture of her anymore.

It was a picture of his son.

Taken in front of his school.
